Mangalitsa Saucisson Sec


Mangalitsa pork is the closest remaining relative of the now extinct Lincolnshire Curly pig. My supplier is a small holder who keeps his pigs in woodland.


Mangalitsa pork comes from those woolly pigs, it also makes the very best charcuterie. These French style salamis are spiced with a traditional quatre epices seasoning to complement the fabulous flavour of mature pedigree mangalitsa pork.
