Charcuterie Course

Handcrafted charcuterie that instantly brighten up your day. Whether its Salami or Coppa, we use the finest ingredients to produce these mouth watering charcuterie. By taking part in our course, you will learn how we infuse these delicious aromas and flavours into our products, as well as making some of your own.

Our courses are held by a highly experienced and qualified trainer, and will run between 10am and 4pm. This course will also include a free complimentary lunch.

About the Course

This one day course is an introduction to charcuterie making for anybody who would like to try making their own products at home or are just interested in learning about the ancient are of dry curing.

Class sizes are a maximum of 7 so you will always receive personal attention.
We will help you understand a little of the science behind dry curing and the equipment you need for basic home curing. This will include building a curing cabinet and a smoker.

This is a practical course; you will make gravlax (which you will be able to take home and finish in the fridge), salami and coppa which we will finish for you and send later.

Make and Take Home Your Own Products

With this course, you will learn how to make your own charcuterie products in a hands-on course. You will be making Salami, Coppa and Gravlax, which you will be able to take home on the day or be sent to you once it has finished its curing process.
